The opportunity to redesign a seminal publication such as Art and Australia only comes once in a lifetime. With a history that spans over 50 years, this flagship title was in need of redefinition to make it relevant to a new and younger audience.

Signalling the title’s broader focus on contemporary culture both domestic and abroad, a new name, ARTAND evolved to encompass other creative disciplines – architecture, design, fashion and collaborative practices. A new look added dimension and character, increasing in-store shelf visibility, enhanced readability and on-line presence.
