ON PEDDER IDENTITY

On Pedder, a division of the Lane Crawford Group, was established in 1996 in the heart of Hong Kong’s most prestigious shopping district. Known for its progressive edit of designer collections, support of emerging fashion designers and experimentation, it remains one of the Asia-Pacific’s foremost destinations for luxury footwear, bags and accessories.

The On Pedder brand and retail strategy was to create a holistic customer experience across all consumer touch-points and create a visual language to encapsulate the store’s luxury offer and positioning – 'beyond desire', espousing local and cultural aspiration. Essential to the success of the retail strategy was a division of spaces into ‘rooms’ offering experiences and interactions with the product, creating an immersive, surprising and inspired shopping experience.
